Terms & Conditions
These are the terms on which NouraBloom Flowers L.L.C. sells and delivers flowers through nourabloom.ae. They are deliberately specific about the awkward parts — substitutions, failed deliveries and cancellation — because those are the only clauses anyone ever needs.

01
About these terms
NouraBloom Flowers L.L.C. is a florist registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trading from Warehouse 14, Alserkal Avenue, Al Quoz 1. Placing an order means you accept these terms, and they apply whether you order through the website, by phone on +971 4 555 0180 or over WhatsApp.
You must be at least eighteen to place an order, and you must be entitled to give us the recipient details you provide. The version of these terms in force is the one published here, dated 1 September 2026.
02
Ordering and acceptance
Adding items to the basket and completing the checkout form is an offer to buy, not a concluded contract. A contract is formed when we confirm your order, which at present happens on a phone call rather than automatically, because no payment gateway is live yet.
We may decline an order. The usual reasons are that the variety sold out that morning, the delivery address falls outside the emirates we serve, the requested window has already closed, or the gift message asks us to write something we are not willing to write. If we decline, nothing is charged.
Cut-off times for same-day delivery are published in full on the delivery information page and are measured from when your order reaches us.
03
Pricing and VAT
All prices are in UAE Dirhams and include VAT at 5%. There is no tax line added at checkout, because the tax is already in the number you were shown on the product page.
Two things can be added to your total, and both are stated before you confirm:
- The delivery fee for the destination emirate, waived once your order value passes that emirate's free-delivery threshold.
- A surcharge if you choose the express or midnight delivery window rather than one of the three standard windows.
We correct obvious pricing errors. If an item is listed at a price that is plainly wrong — a rose box at the price of a single stem — we will contact you before fulfilling the order and you may cancel at no cost rather than pay the corrected price. A VAT invoice is issued on request.
04
Payment
Our online payment gateway is not live. Payment is arranged on the confirmation call by bank card link, bank transfer or cash on delivery, and nothing is charged while you are browsing the site.
Orders above AED 1,000, wedding work and corporate bookings require payment or a deposit before the market run on the day of delivery. Corporate accounts with agreed terms are invoiced monthly and payable within thirty days.
Title to the flowers passes on delivery. Risk passes on handover to the recipient, or to a concierge or neighbour where you have authorised us to leave them.
05
Substitution of seasonal stems
Flowers are an agricultural product bought fresh each morning, so we reserve the right to substitute. Our rules on it are narrow and we hold to them:
- A substitute is always of equal or greater value than the stem it replaces.
- It stays within the same colour palette and keeps the shape and scale of the arrangement you ordered.
- Where a named variety carries the product — peonies, for instance, which are available for roughly eleven weeks from late March — we do not substitute it silently. We tell you it is out of season and let you choose something else or cancel.
- Vases, ribbons, boxes and gift add-ons may be replaced with an equivalent of the same or better quality.
- If we substitute anything material, we tell you before the order leaves the studio.
Photography on the site shows a representative arrangement. The variety, palette and stem count will match; the exact curve of a hand-tied bouquet will not, because it is tied by a person rather than stamped out.
06
Delivery, access and failed attempts
We deliver to all seven emirates and Al Ain within a chosen three-hour window, or within ninety minutes if you select express. Windows are a commitment we take seriously and not a guarantee of a particular minute; traffic, weather and building security are outside our control.
You must give us a working mobile number for the recipient. Many free-zone towers, gated communities and offices will not admit a driver without one, and an order that fails for this reason is not refundable.
If nobody is available at the address:
- The driver calls the recipient, then calls you.
- With your authority, or where it is plainly safe, we leave the flowers with a concierge, a reception desk or a neighbour and send you a photograph. That counts as delivered.
- If there is nowhere safe, the flowers return to the studio, are re-conditioned overnight and a second attempt is made the next day for a further delivery fee of AED 25.
- If the second attempt also fails, the order is treated as fulfilled and no refund is due. Flowers cannot be restocked.
Hospital deliveries need a ward or room name. Hotel deliveries need a guest name and a room or reservation number. Sympathy deliveries carry no branding of any kind.
07
Cancellation and changes
Everything here is made to order from perishable stock, so the cancellation window closes when we start cutting:
- Scheduled orders can be cancelled or amended free of charge up to four hours before the start of the delivery window.
- Same-day orders can be cancelled or amended within thirty minutes of being placed.
- Wedding and event bookings can be cancelled up to fourteen days before the date; the deposit covers stock already committed and is not returned inside that period.
- After the window closes we cannot refund, but we will redirect the delivery to a different address in the same emirate on the same day at no extra cost.
Under UAE consumer protection law, the statutory right to return goods does not extend to perishable items made to a customer’s specification. Your rights where something arrives faulty are unaffected and are set out below.
08
The freshness guarantee
If your flowers arrive damaged, or wilt within three days of delivery, send a photograph to hello@nourabloom.ae or to our WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the arrangement on the next available run, or refund it in full, whichever you prefer. You never have to send anything back.
The guarantee assumes the care instructions supplied with the order were followed: stems trimmed, water changed, and the arrangement kept out of direct sun and away from an air-conditioning vent. It does not cover flowers left in a car or on a balcony in a UAE summer, or a hatbox that has been lifted out of its foam.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank transfers are returned within two working days; card refunds are issued the same day and typically clear in five to seven.
09
Gift messages and your obligations
We handwrite your message exactly as you give it to us, so check the spelling of names before you submit. We will not write anything abusive, threatening, defamatory or unlawful, and we will cancel and refund an order rather than do so.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and for having the recipient’s permission to share their details with us. Where an address is wrong and the order fails, the second-attempt fee above applies.
10
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, plus the delivery fee. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and specifically not for the value a missed occasion may have had.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited under UAE law.
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, flight disruption affecting imported stock, or a building refusing our driver entry.
11
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from an order placed under them, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
We would much rather settle it on the phone. Ring the studio on +971 4 555 0180 or write through the contact page, and give us the chance to put it right before anyone involves a lawyer.
